The St Paul's CSI Congregation, Ahmadi Kuwait is affiliated to the Diocese of Madhya Kerala of the Church of South India.  The Madhya Kerala Diocese was originally the Anglican Diocese of Tranvancore and Cochin, which had been in existence since 1879 and consequent on the formation of the CSI on the 27th September 1947 it came to be known as the Diocese of Central Tranvancore and later renamed Madhya Kerala Diocese.

The Rt. Rev. Thomas Samuel is the present Bishop pf the Diocese.  The Diocese of Madhya Kerala is divided into 11 District Councils containing 109 Pastorates and there are 382 congregations with a total membership of 275,000.  The Congregation at Ahmadi Kuwait is one outside the Diocese. Education and Mission are the two areas of concern of the Diocese.  "THE TREASURY OF KNOWLEDGE" which was first published in 1848 is the official magazine of the Diocese.
