"Train up a child in the way he should go. And even when he is old he will not depart from it " Proverbs 22:6

At the very outset, let us thank Lord Almighty for the freedom and opportunities that we enjoy in this land to stand united as a worshipping community. A much longing dream of the members and well-wishers of the CSI Congregation, Ahmadi has become true at the dawn of September 6th 2002. With the grace of the Almighty God, prayerful support of the vicar, and the vision of the headmaster K. A Mathew, we could start the Sunday school classes.

For quite a long, our children were attending the Sunday School under the banner of Malayalee Christian Congregation (MCC) and it was a long cherished dream to start a Sunday School of St. Paul’s CSI Congregation, Ahmadi. In the beginning there were only 22 students, by the grace of God at present, we have about 80 children. They are in the age group of 4 to 16. A dedicated team of teachers works under the able leadership of Mr. Facin Mathai. Classes are being conducted on all Fridays from 10 am-11 am. We are following the English syllabus being prepared and published by CEEFI India.

The main aim of the Sunday School is to bring each and every child to Jesus and this is only possible through the Bible application in our day to day life. Since the childhood is the right time to train them up in such a way to live a victorious Christian life, Church is giving high importance for the Sunday School ministry.

The world we live in is full of chaos, calamities and discontents. Evil association seems more influential ever since.  Darkness over powers the daylight!!  Here comes the relevance of bringing up the coming generation for the kingdom of God.  A true Christian must be able to evaluate the values of the blood of Lamb that shed at Calvary for the salvation of the mankind.

Let's fulfil the will of God on earth through generation to generations. Let God bless you!!!.
